lost roles

Just a general enquiry regarding all the movies M has been up for but never made, or movies that were supposed to be but never came to be.
The list I know of included:
1) a remake of Gentlemen Prefer Blondes - M even jokingly cast her & Sharon stone as the leads
2)Casino - in the role of Ginger (which got Sharon an Oscar nom)
3)Fabulous Baker Boys - M turned it down and it went to Michelle Pfieffer
4)The Bodygaurd - apparently M was first choice but she turned it down for League Of Their Own
5)Chicago - with M in the role of Velma & Goldie Hawn in the role of Roxie

Any body know of any others or the full stories behind some of these?????
